A real Oasis of Wellness

This is the Dakar Living Center, a Wellness Center specifically studied for our guests, located at the fourth floor of the Dakar Living Hotel, where it is possible to enjoy a wonderful sight, to sunbathe and , above all, to dedicate ownself to his own wellness thanks to the trained hands of our staff.

Inside our Center You can try all the treatments of a SPA (Sauna, Turkish Bath, Condor Showers, Emotional Showers, Specifically Oriented Hydromassage, Chromotherapy) and an infinite number of Face and Body Treatments, carried out through the excellent products and methods of Phytomer.

The hearth of the Wellness Center is the Wet Area.

Strongly inspired to african landscapes in the design, the Wet Area offers the opportunity of an authentic Finnish Sauna, in pure pine wood. Inside it, thanks to a temperature of 70-75°C, the body is pushed to perspiration , purifying itself and eliminating all the toxins accumulated during the day. The Sauna has a capacity of 6 seats.

If you don't bear the dry heat of Sauna, you can try the Turkish Bath, with a capacity of 6 seats , too, that with its wet steam opens the pores, purify the skin and open the breathing ways.Our Turkish Bath is adapt to thermal and balsamic inhaling treatments, that help solving breathing problems ( the temperature reached in this case is of 40-45° C).

The Condor Showers, instead , are perfectly adapt to be alterned to Sauna, in order to have an alternance of heat and cold with a benefic effect on circulating system and with a toning effect on the body.

Turkish Bathis adapt to be alterned to Emotional Showers, Aromatherapic Steam Showers available in 2 forms: cold balsamic and warm tropical.
